Introduction

We – FSH Luftfahrtunternehmen Schul-und Charter GmbH – see it as our responsibility to protect your data and privacy in the best possible way. To this end, we collect, process and use personal data that is necessary for the use of our websites, the services we offer and for the processing of the business contractual relationship and limit this to the necessary scope. Personal data

Processing data (customer and contract data)

We collect, process and use personal data only insofar as they are necessary for the establishment, content or amendment of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use personal data about the use of our Internet pages (usage data) only insofar as this is necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill the user. The collected customer data will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected

Data transmission upon conclusion of a contract for services and digital content

We only transmit personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the processing of the contract, for example to the credit institution commissioned with the processing of payments. Further transmission of data does not take place or only if you have expressly consented to the transmission. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, for example for advertising purposes. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Use of our internet pages

We collect, process and use the following data when you access our website in order to provide our services and offers and to optimise our website:

Our website does not use Google Analytics.

Google Web Fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser you use must connect to Google’s servers. This informs Google that our website has been accessed via your IP address. Contract initiation and performance
In principle, we only store personal data that we need to fulfil our contractual obligations towards you (Art. 6 DSVGO). If personal data originating from third parties is processed, the processing is carried out on a contractual basis.

Data security

Our websites are hosted on servers that are operated in Germany. We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal data from unauthorised access. Data storage takes place in a sealed, monitored data centre. Data is stored in encrypted form as far as possible. We regularly review our security policies and procedures to ensure the security of our systems. However, no one hundred percent security can be guaranteed for data transmission over the internet.

Storage period and deletion periods
We only store personal data to the extent necessary to fulfil the purpose. The storage period depends on the legal requirements and the duration of the contractual relationship. If the data is no longer used, it will be anonymised and / or deleted within the framework of the legal requirements. Should you request the deletion of your data, please note that although we will immediately block your data, it may be necessary to store your data for as long as the applicable legal regulations require due to legal regulations and retention periods. Please also note that once the deletion request has been confirmed, it is no longer possible to restore your data.

Right to information

We use Tawk.to for live chat. Tawk.to is an external platform for the management of chats. By using the chat, you automatically use the services of Tawk.to.
